Individual single family residential sale transactions for this area are detailed in the PDF files listed below. The actual area from which I gathered the data is defined by Township 36, Range 18 and Sections 30 and 31 and within zip codes 34236 and 34239. This area is roughly defined as west of US41, south of Mound, and just south of Siesta Drive. The actual area my include a few single family homes in the first 2 blocks north of Mounds (although there are very few single family residences in that area) and may exclude the first couple of house number just west of us 41 (an area that is largely commercial and has very few single family homes). The reports include all sale transactions (not just those sold by Coldwell Banker).
